Neysa Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. At Neysa, our fulfilment process begins the moment your paid order is confirmed, so all paid orders are considered final.

Requesting an Exception

If you believe your circumstances require special consideration, please contact our Customer Support immediately at customer.care@neysa.pk with your Order Number and a brief explanation.

Handling Approved Cancellations

In the rare event that a cancellation is approved, a 25% Operational Fee will be deducted from your refund to cover:

  • Payment gateway processing charges
  • Fulfilment and handling expenses
  • Restocking and administrative costs
