How do I place an order?
  1. Choose your desired product(s) and select the correct size.
  2. Click 'Add to Cart'.
  3. Proceed to 'Checkout'.
  4. Follow the instructions to complete your secure payment.
How do I find items on the website?
  • Browse: Click on a category at the top of the screen.
  • Search: Use the search function and type the product code or description.
What if I forget my password?
  1. Click on 'Sign Up/Sign In' at the top of the page.
  2. Enter your email and request a 'Password Reminder'.
  3. You'll receive an email with a reset link.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to get my order?

Delivery normally takes 12-15 working days. We ship orders Monday through Friday only. For complete details, see our Shipping Policy.

What if my order doesn't arrive on time?

If the specified timeframe has expired, please contact our Customer Service Team. We will investigate and provide tracking information. Please allow 7 working days for investigation.

Changes & Returns

Can I cancel my order?

Once confirmed, orders cannot be amended or cancelled as they are processed quickly. You may return for exchange. See our Order Cancellation Policy.

I received an incorrect/missing item. What do I do?

Contact our Customer Support immediately at customer.care@neysa.pk. We will investigate and arrange for the correct item to be sent.
