At Neysa, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every piece you receive.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges only — no refunds on delivered items.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items purchased with promotional codes
  • Altered or customized items
  • Items without original tags

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact our Customer Support at customer.care@neysa.pk
  2. Provide your Order Number and reason for exchange
  3. We'll guide you through the return process
  4. Once received, your exchanged item will be dispatched within 5-7 working days

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order Number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement.
