Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges only — no refunds on delivered items.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Sale or discounted items
- Items purchased with promotional codes
- Altered or customized items
- Items without original tags
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact our Customer Support at customer.care@neysa.pk
- Provide your Order Number and reason for exchange
- We'll guide you through the return process
- Once received, your exchanged item will be dispatched within 5-7 working days
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order Number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement.
